「Do not let the Wyndham name fool you. I booked this property online sight unseen based on the Wyndham name, location, and decent ratings expecting a standard hotel experience. Because it is branded as a hotel, I assumed it would have traditional interior corridors. Imagine my shock when I pulled up and found that all room doors open directly to the exterior parking lot. As an infrequent traveler in an unfamiliar city, this was not the hotel experience I wanted or felt safe with. The description...

「GOOD HOTEL」

「The room smelled bad! The space was microscopic. We had to work when we were there and the table wasn’t a table more like a 4 inch ledge. Altogether, we won’t be going back to Tru hotels…ever. Staff wasn’t mean or anything just very un-helpful. And uninterested in helping. We had to ask all the questions: What is our room number? Where are the elevators? When is breakfast? When is checkout?」

「Great location. Good service. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. Many restaurants nearby. Lots of choice. 」

「Only issue was that the room we had booked with 2 Queen beds were sold out so we had to take another room- and this occurred during the summer when school was not in session. Be careful when booking through 3rd parties - confirm the room type directly with the hotel beforehand.」
