Very courteous and attentive staff. Breakfast was awesome. Club lounge happy hour was great. Airport shuttle was on time with a nice van. New Year’s Eve party was great! Near the beach. Good restaurants (especially Sampan!). Room was clean, neat, with a nice view. Not far from the airport. Definitely recommend the Novotel to anyone visiting Mumbai for wedding shopping trips, leisure, or anything else.

Novotel was famous for its huge magnificent breakfast menu.. but post covid this was my 2nd stay at Novotel and they are still limited on their breakfast menu. The taste has also gone downhill. Great staff, clean hotel. Just needs some maintenence in the rooms with broken lights and broken tiles in the bathroom.
