Rooms were spotless with amazing breakfast and dinner menu's. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Novatel has great views of Juhu beach and we found an amazing person called Raju( +91 91729 05057) who showed us around Mumbai and Film city. Highly recommend both Novatel and Raju.

Very courteous and attentive staff. Breakfast was awesome. Club lounge happy hour was great. Airport shuttle was on time with a nice van. New Year’s Eve party was great! Near the beach. Good restaurants (especially Sampan!). Room was clean, neat, with a nice view. Not far from the airport. Definitely recommend the Novotel to anyone visiting Mumbai for wedding shopping trips, leisure, or anything else.

Awesome service with great rooms! Deepesh at the front desk was very helpful. They decorated the room for me and my wife as which was arranged by Deepesh. Hotel staff Miss Kajal also helped my wife drap a saree. We had a great time.

I enjoyed a great stay here for one night following my flight out. The food and dessert table was incredible, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the shuttle to the airport was easy and at a great value. Highly recommended!
