It was a closed chamber instead of hotel. Not recommend to stay

Dear Mr Vijendra, As discussed and confirmed with you that you had no issue in any of our services including the room, room cleaning or food etc. Your only concern is that, this hotel has only one floor out of the entire building in the IT Park. I would like to inform you that we have already given this information in the site. Even though we have only one floor but we have 29 rooms in the same floor with wifi internet, room service, restaurant, Games room with table tennis, carom, business centre, 24 hours reception, daily house keeping etc and minimum size of the smallest room is 190 sq ft. Just to judge the hotel with one floor and not having the whole building without looking at the services and facilities is really not justice. Thanks & Regards,

the staff is real friendly the room is neat and acceptably clean but the really bad thing is the property location and the accesibility It took the taxy 40min just to locate the hotel which essentially is in an IT office building, taking 2 floors. Even the guard to the building did not know there is a hotel there

Easy stay. Felt like staying in a small apartment. Staff was really helpful in bookings and directions etc. would recommend just know it is located in an office park.

A good stay
The hotel is a nice one. Rooms are quite big, staffs are friendly,food is good. Overall good hotel to stay at 3.5K price range.

NICE STAFF AND ROOM
ROOM AND BATHROOM WERE GENERALLY CLEAN BUT COMMODE COULD HAVE USED EXTRA ATTENTION IN CLEANING. STAFF FRIENDLY AND GIVE QUICK RESPONSE.

Best Hotel in 5 weeks of India!
The management and staff went above and beyond in accommodating us! The room was quiet and amazingly clean!!! While a bit difficult to navigate to, and even though the hotel is on the 4th floor, it was so pleasing to finish off our trip in India there! We hope to go back to Mumbai, and this is where we will stay!!!!!

Recepción en un cuarto piso
El GPS nos permitió llegar al hotel situado en la cuarta planta de un bloque de oficinas, no existe ningún letrero en la fachada, y la entrada y el ascensor es compartido con las oficinas, el barrio no es acogedor. El personal del hotel es muy amable en especial el cocinero. El comedor en reducido pero la comida es muy buena. A pesar de estar cerca del hotel te cobran 750INR por el taxi.
