Excellent traditional Indian breakfast, absolutely no concessions to European cuisine which was fine by us. Very friendly attentive staff in the dining room and elsewhere. Although the hotel is on a busy street our room was very quiet.

Close to the airport! Easy check in. Hotel organized airport pick-up what was great! We just stayed a couple of hours since our flight arrived late, Check in after 4am. Hotel is perfectly ok for that buy wouldn't stay longer.

Main reason for low rating is the room smelled of cigarette smoke very badly. I was too tired to notice the first night but the second night it kept me awake. Staff at Desk and Restaruant were very good.

I had stayed in this hotel earlier this year and enjoyed my stay, this time i booked the same premium room but the room was not the same, i stayed in A Tower, disappointing. Also at check in if the room is not available when we arrive early then give a time that reflects when it will be available, do not keep saying 15 minutes and have me sat in reception and then one and a quarter hours later say the room is available. Just say straight away one hour it will be available, i arrived slightly early and understood that it may not be ready, but to have me sat in reception for over an hour after keep being told 15 minutes is frustrating.

Horrible Stay, we came for vacation for 5 nights, we want peace, however this property is going under big construction, a-lot of noise, we can't sleep at all. work start in the morning as early as 8am and then entire day construction noise was coming. No one picks call at the reception,at check out we tried calling at reception for bell boy but no one picked calls. never coming back again.

The room we were assigned (306) was not worthy of even a 3 star hotel. Stained bath and toilet, threadbare carpet, chipped furniture and stains on bed covers. Our prior stays at Kohinoor have been excellent, so this may have been an older room that was not upgraded.

To my surprise, the carpet of my room seems to be very old and was stinking. At the time of booking, it is nowhere mentioned that visitor's are not allowed in the room. I had to pay Rs. 2000/- for a visitor in my room. Disgusting way of earning money
