1. Located / situated in a non prefered area. Yes, in walking distance to the exhibition. But rual area and dusty walking path. Recommendate an UBER
2. Non smooth check-in
3. One elivator defect
4. Emergency stairwell is nearly fully loaded with wast, old furniture, bed blancets, towels,... cleaning stuff,..
5. Ordered an omlett, no toast nor any other bread were available
6. Evening time no beer in the, not reception nor hotel bar
7. Room window does not close proper
8. 24/7 the shower water , more droping than shower. Last morning of my stay, nearly zero water, not for the shower, nor toilet
9. Very loud, my hotel room, bulldozer, train station and dogs.
The hotel staff incl the cleaning ladies and managers, are kind and helpful. Hotel room, floor and reception were always clean.
