Worst hotel and staff I have ever been to
Hotel staff was really weird and irresponsible about customer luggage, we lost our one carton which has stuff of INR 30,000 but no body was bothered about it. Rooms were in worst condition. They were serving food and tea/coffee in broken cups and plates.

Staff service so pathetic they don't know how ty deal with customer, literally they reject my booking confirmation ,I was showing them confirmation mail which I received from Expedia but they didn't ready to understand after 1 hr waiting they provide us room .

The good things about the property are: 1. Staff is good and prompt 2. They try to also arrange things you asked by any means. 3. Clean and tidy property 4. Spacious rooms with windows (One of the important thing) 5. Food quality is good (Note: Only Veg is available) And the not so good are: 1. Property located in and above a shopping market, so finding and reaching the reception is bit of a problem initially. But its not a deal breaker. 2. The property is in a high traffic area. Going in and out from the place takes huge time. Overall this property is good and one will enjoy the stay.
