Disappointed ☹️
The size of the room was rather small. There was a bad smell in the room, even after they ‘sprayed’ it . When I booked the hotel through Hotels.com which stated that there was breakfast included, they didn’t honor that and asked us to buy the breakfast! There was no coffee pot in our room, when we asked for one they told us that our room didn’t come with one. Not included in the booking price! There was a TV, but it didn’t work although some one tried to fix it. Overall they don’t seem to care !

The photos didnt match the room we selected in terms of cleanliness and size. They then said you can move into another room but have to upgrade so we had to pay more. Hotel provided wifi but only upto certain floors. They provided us with a wifi extender so we can receive wifi BUT then without telling us took it away from our room when we were not in as someone else wanted it. The hotel then promised us with a replacement wifi extender the next day that we didnt receive. So overall we dont recommend this hotel as it fails to deliver and its an overpriced hotel for what it is worth.

This has been by far the worst hotel i have stayed at! From the moment that we stepped into the lift that smelt of damp and was filthy, i should have know that things were only going to get worse! When we made our way to our room, the hallway leading to it was still unfinished, there were wires hanging down where the lights should have been. There were also no lights working in the hallway outside the rooms, so we had to use our phone torch to navigate our way to the room! The room it's self was also unfinished with a bodged paint job, filthy mirrors, dirty surfaces and ants in the bathroom. The hotel breakfast the next morning was revolting, there was a spread of toast, curry & omelette (that was in fact cooked in mustard oil, as another guest found out when she took a bite and began to feel very sick, storming out of the room in a rage) the room where the breakfast was served also had wires dangling from the ceiling and was unfinished. We returned to our hotel room to find our clothes and a bag were soaking wet with filthy water. When we confronted the hotel staff they denied all knowledge and later blamed this on the sprinklers going off. When asked if they were going to tell us about the accident, they were speechless. The hotel staff refused to apologise or to have our clothes dry cleaned or to compensate us for the damage. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Expedia did give us a refund.
