Very friendly staff our room was great and was very clean with nice bedlinen. Toilet was ok but could do with an upgrade.

It was located near the India Gate, so it was convenient for sightseeing. There was no elevator, but the staff helped me carry my luggage, it was helpful.

Property is old and not maintained, things are broken and not repaired, wouldn't recommend to staying more than one night. My room was on the second floor so no street noise and I used mosquito repellents.

The hotel is very conveniently located. But the rooms don’t look anything like the pictures. My room was terribly small. The towel was a little bigger than a hand towel. The TV didn’t have any subscribed channels. There was some dust around the place. And the floor under the bed was dirty.

Great walkable location in smaller sized hotel

This hotel is situated in a great location near cafes, local as well as name brand shops, and a stone's throw from the Gateway. The room was surprisingly cold with a/c, ceiling fan strong, and beds okay for comfort. Our room had all the amenities including basic toiletries, television and mini fridge, which wasn't in the description at booking,; but was a nice touch. The streetside can be a little noisy, so don't expect peace and quiet. Also no elevator. However, you can't beat the location and price. Definitely glad we found this place. The map can be tricky when trying to locate this place via taxi.

Great Family Time

The hotel was so good and room was clean. Bathroom was also neat and clean. Air conditioning was good and the room was very comfortable. Pros and Cons: Pros: 1. Room was cleaned everyday. 2. Bed sheets were changed everyday and clean towels were provided. 3. WiFi was availed 4. T.V with satellite channels. 5. A small personal refrigerator 6. Room service was quick and prompt 7. The hotel management was warm and humble. Cons: 1. Toiletries were given only two times while I stayed there for five days. 2. Tea cups were small in size like that of road-side tea stalls. 3. In breakfast there was limited choice. In the end I would say that it was a really great time staying there with my family.

Bem localizado

O hotel é muito bom pela localização, porém o quarto é muito menor do que aparenta na foto. O quarto não estava com um bom cheiro, e as condições são razoáveis. Ideal para uma ou duas noites no máximo, sem muito conforto. Estava sendo reformado internamente, pode ser que no futuro melhore.

NO shower or bath - a hose over the VERY small toilet. The room was VERY small and pokey. Staff never cleaned my room unless told to. NO proper bedding / quilt provided just one skimpy thin blanket. The absolute WORST place I have EVER stayed in my entire life. Truly an utterly distressing and depressing experience

A éviter !

A éviter absolument! Je suis une femme qui voyageais seule à ce moment. À l’arrivé en soirée, 4 hommes dormaient à la réception, et ils me dévisageaient tous ce qui n’est vraiment pas professionnel ni rassurant. Un enfant d’environs 12 ans me montre ma chambre. Il n’y a aucun draps sur le lit sauf un drap de laine comme on retrouve dans les refuges. Il faisait 35 dégrées ! Je lui explique que je veux des draps pour dormir, il m’apporte un bout de tissu dans lequel je me suis enroulé! C’était très sale ainsi que les toilettes et plein de fourmis partout. Aucun papier de toilettes non plus. Ce n’est vraiment pas un 3 étoiles ! Mais plutôt 1.5 ! J’avais réservé suite aux commentaires que j’avais vu mais vraiment la c’était pas possible ! Et surtout pour le prix. Bref, à éviter absolument. Le seul bon côté, c’est super bien situé.

Hotel Broadway is definitely a ‘no frills’ establishment. That said, it is well-situated in the heart of Colaba, reasonably-priced compared to other hotels in the area, and bookings are honoured - not always the case in the ‘budget’ bracket in India. The reception staff are not very forthcoming - even finding out information about the hotel itself was like pulling teeth - but if your expectations are met by an internet search then you’ll doubtless cope.

Clean but small

The hotel is located within 2 minutes of walking distance to gateway of india. The hotel is neat and clean but the rooms are very small. If you are on budget then it will serve your purpose. Location is quite good, close to several dining options.
