Best Overall experience, highly recommend.

My stay was short but my overall experience was awesome. Some of my experience 1. Archie from Front desk, customer service was very professional and pleasant. 2. Sham Jadhav helped me with bags 3. Aniruddh from Front desk, customer service helped me check out, he was very polite and in short time built personal rapport. 4. Breakfast staff was also very caring.

Nice hotel - but horrible area

Hotel was nice, no complains. Location close to airport convenient. But the surrounding was the worst ever, absolutely horrible area, no places to go to. Will defently not come back.

Apart from a slow checkin, the pool was dirty and smelly. No service /management in the pool area. Even though the room was good (we stayed in 316) a lot of stuff seemed haywire i.e. AC panels light was not working. You could hardly see the numbers on it leave alone adjust the temperature. I believe Hilton really needs to improve to stay up to the mark now. The concierge staff otherwise was super sweet and helpful.

Property is nice,rooms is also nice and clean except bathtub wasn’t clean has lots of hair,we ordered a food for room service,service person wasn’t that clean was smelling like a sweaty or maybe need to wash clothes,other than that everything is perfect,hope fully Managment keep it eyes on this two problems and definitely I will stay here again
