「Overall good stay, nice to be close to local restaurants and layout of unit B was great, however, overpriced for what it is. I was expecting a “boutique” experience - There were aunts on the kitchen counter, shower/toilet/floors were not cleaned well (our feet were dirty shortly after getting unpacked), back porch lights didn't work (strings out and bulb at back door), air conditioning units were hard to use and wouldn't stay on all day or night so temperature was hard to regular, designated...

「We had a very nice stay in room 4. Steve was very welcoming. Everything was perfectly clean. The room itself is a bit dated, but the bed very comfy. The bathroom is fantastic, very spacious and looks like new. The house is very close to many restaurants in downtown area, and to Centennial park by the lake. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the patio. Thank you, Steve!」
