「The room was absolutely disgusting. It didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. They had used tobacco pouches in between the cushions and a huge sticky spot in the middle of the floor. The floor felt damp, and the balcony was flooded from the AC drain. the courtyard where the pool was was also filthy and not maintained at all. Wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy looked like another hooker hotel.」

「Room size was fine. Check in was adequate and staff was friendly. The entire place, however was not at all clean. Floor was dirty with crumbs, hair, etc. Didn't appear that any surface had been wiped down in some time. Would not recommend.」

「We were assigned a room on the first floor. I asked for a higher floor, but they said there were none available. The drapes were drawn when we went in, and we never open them because our room faced the front of the building. Unfortunately, had we opened the drapes, we probably would've noticed that the window had been left slightly open. We figured that out later in the evening when we came back to the room and it was full of insects. Again we asked for another room, and was told the hotel was...

「The pool was the only issue we really had. It was dirty, cloudy and tiny. About 10ft x 10 ft. Never seen such a tiny pool for a hotel. That was the only drawback to the whole experience. Hotel was clean, needs comfortable. Great service. Very helpful people work there. Very friendly.」

「Very nice place. Quiet, convenient to shopping, grocery stores, and parks. No serious complaints from us. It would be nice if the had a covering to park under for unloading and loading your car in the rain.」

「The room I booked had mold in the bathroom, around the window and had tiles falling off the walls in the bathroom. The bedsheets on both beds were stained and did not looked washed, had to go to the front desk to get towels because room service didn’t leave any. We were offered another room but it was much worse than the one we were in, definitely do not stay here, disgusting place.」

「We stayed here the night before last to celebrate my daughter’s graduation, and the experience was truly amazing. The private beach and pool were a huge hit for our whole family, and the atmosphere made the celebration feel even more special. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, so being able to share this place with my family now made it even more meaningful. We had a wonderful time, and we’re already planning to come back for a longer stay as soon as possible.」

「When I showed up there wasnt anyone to check me in for about 20 or 30 minutes. I couldnt sleep due to the air conditioner making an unbelievably loud noise all night. This was the worst stay i have ever had.」
