The room they give us was big but the cleaning ladies did not do anything to clean it changed towels during the 3 nights we were there. They just came in after our first night and took out our trash but did nothing to fix it change towels or clean, nothing.

Room in the north Tower overlooking Fremont Street was a bit noisy but staff informed me of that. Room was clean. I don’t like the resort fees that Las Vegas hotels are charging. Ours was $39 a night.

Great customer service! Had a wonderful experience! Was chosen as the designated special guest of the day when I checked in and was provided free VIP Parking, $25 playing voucher and late check out for 1pm instead of 11am!

Die Wände und Türen bei 2 gebuchten Bad wurden sicher länger nicht gereinigt. Nur die Böden im ganzen Zimmer. Farbreste befanden sich an den Wänden und mehrere Fugen mit 1 cm Dreck belegt.
