「This place is a hidden gem. It’s in the perfect location to explore many hikes, the Columbia River and small towns on both the Wa and Or side. The hot springs were great, we upgraded to the room with our own private hot tub and it was so worth it. The staff was helpful and friendly. I think the rooms could use some upgrades. Bring your own pillows and I wish the bathrooms had any type of counter top. They only have single sinks and the slider doors did not lock. Otherwise, the place was...

「It was a great location and the remodel is nice. Cafe very pleasant with a good menu. We did have some issues with slow wi-fi with the TV but otherwise everything was great.」

「Upon arrival the receptionist was nice and she promised that she will move us to a new room facing the river the next morning. Next morning the receptionist was not friendly and grumpy. We did end up getting a new room in afternoon, but her customer service was terrible. This probably would be the last time for us there!」
