"Great Hotel outside of Seoul. It takes around 45 min with Metro line 1 to the City Center (Station Banghak is 3 Min away by foot). Around the hotel were all necessities available (Coffee, Food, Shops, eben Daiso.) I loved my spacious room and the connectivity between all appliances (one remote for everything). The only downside was that the stuff was not speaking English. Otherwise a wonderful stay. Would definitely come back."

"Room was clean and front desk was very helpful with everything we had questions about. Breakfast buffet had great variety and a nice balance between Korean and International selections. Location was easy to find, staff were helpful, respectful and welcoming. Surrounding scenery and close by walking/running path lined with cherry blossom trees is beautiful. Would definitely return! "I enjoyed my time at this property. It was very close to the metro/subway, many restaurants, the room was large and clean, and they provided as much free bottled water as you wanted. "Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance. Only thing i couldn’t work out until day 2 was the aircon remote was inter grade with TV remote Thank you Cream hotel for a wonderful stay"

"Wonderful apartment at very convenient location! Lots of restaurants, shops, and market in the neighborhood. The only issue is language - all the signs, messages they sent, and instructions in the room are in Korean. Takes some time to figure out the front desk is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building."

"They had smoking rooms, which are hard to find these days. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. So many restaurants within walking distance. All in all, it's not a high-end hotel, but great value for the price."

Additionally, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from local attractions and restaurants. The only issue I encountered was the lack of hand soap and toothbrushes provided in the suite. I wasn't a fan of having to pay separately for these items from the vending machine....
