"I thought the kiosk check-in and on-the-go check out were fabulous! (I had my doubts but it worked seamlessly) Another thing I loved was the "vibe" in the hotel. The Havana area bar and coffee shop were awesome. My only complaint was that our room did not get cleaned until day 2 (after I had selected daily upon check-in). Dirty towels give me the ick. But for time's sake - we used them."

"The nugget is super nice been staying there for 6 years now I do wish the rooms were a little better kept up the carpet is really old seems to me and the curtains need some dusting, staff is good and the restaurant are amazing the only annoying thing was the people that bug to do tours for free stuff, constantly asking over and over again"
