"A good breakfast spread , yes , in room cleaning was and is very poor , when I checked in I saw a cigarette box plus some empty packages of the previous renter … dosent say 5 star does it .., otherwise the hotel is superbly located and you have everything from eateries to high end shopping all around the corner … staff some are the smiling type and , some just do their job in a rather mechanical way .. I would rate the hotel very highly for its location and for its breakfast spread "

"Rooms were always clean and come equipped with aircon. Staff was very friendly. Parking space available to the left of the hotel. Breakfast is served in a buffet style for all dietary needs."

"Seems to be a very new place with nice interior designs. Cleanliness needs to improve and some things were strangely worn despite it being a new property."

"Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view from our room of the mountain. We hope to return again and will book this hotel. Perhaps ask for a room that is not over the restaurant."
