"Hotel Indigo is lovely, clean, and conveniently located. My only complaint is the water temperature in the shower. I took one shower in the evening and another in the morning, and the water never got hotter than kind of warm. I wanted a hot shower, and the water temp was at least 20 degrees cooler than I normally enjoy."

"This was a solid hotel for a good price. I would definitely stay here again at this price point (about $130/night). The positives: - Good access to restaurants, grocery stores and Target. - Staff was friendly and helpful - Breakfast was solid (cereal, waffles, eggs, juice, muffins, etc.) - Pool is on the smallish size but good for kids (deepest end is 5ft) - Short drive to Isle of Palms if you want to go to the beach. - Pro tip: Kings Street Grille right next door has half-off burgers on Wednesdays. A few smaller issues: - There was definitely an air of marijuana in the parking lot and a some inside the hotel as well. - I'm not sure if it was just me but the door locks are not easy to use. You scan your card, the light turns green, you turn the handle but it doesn't open. It was common to try 3-4 times before getting it."

"Check-in wasn’t as easy it should since digital key was made to be available but what require front desk id check. Plus the digital key never worked and require a physical key. Annoying and the door lock went dead which require a battery swap from maintenance. Pool is smaller than most and trash and cups from previous days was still evident meaning they don’t pickup or clean outside. Room was good and clean. Didn’t offer cookies until I asked at check in."
