"Staff were all amazing, so friendly and helpful. Our creekside cottage was perfect, the bed was comfy, loved the outdoor tub, and even had our own nespresso machine!! Tours were a little pricey so in all honesty, some we booked ourself. Loved our mayan cooking class and excursions through Upsidedown Tours, which the lodge introduced us to, hats off to them especially kevin and orlin!! A beautiful stay. You won't be disappointed. They seem to have booking sales too, so check and see."

"Unique place. We love it there. The landscaping is impeccable. The staff goes above and beyond. The swimming pool is so fun for the family, with two waterfalls and a hot pool. Hard to get so close to nature and at the same time be so comfortable anywhere else. The view from the cottages by the river is breathtaking, the room is cozy and the decoration is great."

"We loved staying here! It’s secluded, intimate, and just picture-perfect. Abner was a great host and responded to small hiccups we experienced throughout the stay. There’s no light pollution so the stars shine bright and the howler monkeys made their presence known at night. The view in the morning is something to write home about. "The hotel grounds are very beautiful. The walkways and bridges and trails are all very charming. The staff was very attentive. Dinner was good and the massages were wonderful. I would highly recommend. The only complaint is there is not air conditioning and it was quite hot"

"Funky buildings! They are on the lagoon side of the peninsula. Pool and lounge area are beautiful. The location is 10 - 15 minute drive from the main area of Placencia not walking distance. The directions are misrepresented through Expedia and you’re contacted via WhatsApp to have correct address - which is inconvenient if you don’t have it."

"The amenities the room the bedding were top-tier. One of most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I love the fireplace. Everything about the room was posh. The staff, especially Seville (sp?) were phenomenal. I’m only giving it four stars because we were in Belize for over two weeks and it seemed that almost all of our bug bites came during our three day stay here."
