"It’s so beautiful, their property has mature trees, lawn, the staff was very helpful with checking in, & also consulting with housekeeping. It’s such an ideal location, several shops, restaurants, etc., easily walkable. Mostly a quiet area."

"We loved this inn. We had a great room, that was clean and comfortable. The beds were super, nice VAC system for heater and air condition. Shower was great, good water pressure. Like the little room with a closet and chest of drawers for storage. We were on a long roadtrip and this place was our favorite. They have a very cute bar and restaurant that i will go to when a come to Mt Shasta again. Definitely will stay there again. 5 stars."

"The whole motel was disgustingly dirty. Especially the bedroom and bathroom. The walls, the floors, the bathtub/shower, dressers, head boards, and table was so gross I had to clean it myself so my 5 year old and myself didn't catch anything. It was BAD!!!!! The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold because there is no fan to suck the moisture out. It was awful. Food and trash along the wall on the carpet. It honestly looks like no one has cleaned it in at least 2 years. The towels were dirty with what looked like pubic hair and dirt. "

"“Pretend this is upscale glamping” said my partner. King bed was two twins pushed together with lumpy middle. Heater was insanely loud even with earplugs for sleep. My home bidet is more pressurized than the shower head. Room was death by a thousand annoyances — stained towels, loose plugs that drop your charger, no liner to shower, broken missing hook for second towel, watery coffee, chipped coffee jug, faucet too low to fit water bottle, toilet seat too small for bowl, WiFi crapping out. Room in serious need of updates with peeling paint. Overall dingy feeling. What we saved on nightly rates, we spent on eating out because it was too depressing staying inside."
