"Marriott Canton did not have any ones rooms ready at 3pm. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours and all they aid they would do is give me 5000 points. However i never saw them added to my account. Then when we got to the rom the beds were not made and the toilet was clogged. Horrible stay. "

"This hotel (it's not a townhouse like the description says) is being renovated. The pool is empty; laundry room is currently closed; they offer breakfast, but it didn't look like much (I really only peeked in here); and there were no vending machines (I wanted a coke. And there's not anything within walking distance to be able to get a drink). There's one working elevator (and on the 3rd floor you have to press up to get it to take you down). They upgraded me to a suite.. which was nice.. the main room (with the beds) was clean (well the shower looked like it could have used a little more cleaning). The living room (extra room) looked like it was in need of someone sweeping it.. there was a bunch of raisins (??) on the floor.. it just was weird. Price was ok, but probably was more than it should be considering all the (mostly) minor issues.. but the minute issues so add to."

"The building was under renovation. We did not know that when we arrived. Our room was completed except for the cable not being hooked up. Their maintenance team worked nonstop until it was up and running. Overall it was nice considering the work being done. They had ran out of yogurt and the maintenance guy actually drove to the store to buy our kids yogurt! We though that was amazing, he definitely did not need to do that!"
