"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. "Outsanding and unique property. The views are stunning and breakfast is great. We were worried that it will be hot at night with no AC. It is higher up aka cooler at nights anyways so had no issues there (they have strong fans anyways). Super friendly staff and amazing ambience. Rustic and unique - definitely returning!"

"Immaculate, spacious room, and comfortable bed. Strong, hot, shower. Decent air conditioning. The only oddity is lack of microwave, but you get an oven instead (and food reheated that way tastes better, anyway). If you like windows open, the road by the property is not quiet on weekday mornings, and there are no reliable spots to find food anywhere near the property. But that's kind of an Italy thing, anyway. Learn the bus system before you arrive -- it's state-of-the-art and your best bet in the hills. "

"The studio is basic, but has anything you need - small kitchen, microwave, dishes (no dish sope, however). The bathroom needs some repairs, but is spacious. The place, however, despite being mordern, has literally zero charm. But it is very well located, and the price is absolutely right. My main problem was the communication: As I booked via hotels.com, a plethora of conflicting and confusing information follwed (e.g. you have to check-in elswhere; we will reveal information if you give us informatin on this form (which was empty). Contact us if .. with no contact information. A link to paypal and twint without telling me what they wanted me to pay. I eventually found out their email, and contacted them to get the missing information. This chaos sort of represents also their attitude: you do not feel welcome. Noone said - glad to have you as a guest, but there are threats of "if you do not clean the kitchen, it costs .. if you do not check out exactly at the time, we will ... " . (And: check out their responses to criticism on the net). My suggestion to the organizers: Besides of all the rules and threats you communicate, you may include a welcome, glad to host you. This said: I will go back there. "
