"The hotel is a beautiful old building that has been very well set up. The room was clean, spacious & well appointed, with great snacks and beverages provided. The bed was very comfortable and despite being on the road side it was quiet. I arrived after dark and would suggest that some more lights on the signage for the access path from the back car park to reception would be helpful, as well as mentioning to guests that there are steps involved in that access. I have a bad knee and that was a bit of an unwelcome surprise."

"Overall great stay. It sure how many of their stays are two nights like us, but having handy the top things to do in town and in the area would be great. Better yet, offer to send it in advance. The other thing I would say is that there needs to be more hooks on the walls so two people can each hang a towel, toiletries bag plus clothes you plan to put on after a shower. This is consistently an observation for all accommodations."

"I stayed for seven nights at the Launceston Central Apartment Hotel, which is close to the shopping area and convenient for public transport. Communication with the staff was excellent and both check in and check out went smoothly. The accommodation offered a clean room, a spacious bathroom, a kitchenette, and a laundry facilities. The room temperature worked fine for me, so I did not use air conditioning. I did not drive, so I did not use the car park."

"I had a really lovely and comfortable stay here. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and responsive from the very beginning. They kindly accommodated an early check-in for me, which I really appreciated, and although my circumstances changed and I wasn’t able to make use of it as I had originally planned, their flexibility meant a lot. They were also happy to look after my luggage after check-out, which made everything so much easier. The location is fantastic, very central and convenient for getting around Launceston. Overall, I felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making my stay so easy and comfortable!"
