"The property is at a good location but unfortunately the beach Cala Porta Vecchia and the road was under renovation 2025 which made it much less convenient. The street is busy at the evenings as it is the Main Street but the sound isolation in the apartment is good so we were happy with the sound level. The shower is very small though."

"First I will acknowledge that the owner helped us the first day with the air conditioner. The air conditioner, only cool, living and kitchen area and hallway. Very little gets into the two bedrooms we had to have the floor fan on. Which means they must know it doesn't cool the rooms because if not, they wouldn't have the floor fans.
