Very nice and helpful, very sweet. Place is very beautiful and cozy. The public bathrooms were amazing and the onsen in our room was really nice. They have a shuttle, just make sure they can pick you up.

The cabins were too hot and the walls did not reach the ceiling so you can hear a lot of noise from other cabins. The bed and pillow were far too hard so it was difficult to sleep.
