"There was some spray/pesticide that gave me a severe allergic reaction. Moved out the next morning. Had booked and payed for 6 nights. Urban Rest agreed to refund me 5 nights but did not! Charged me more than $100 extra for that one night. Why I do not know"

"Too expensive to put up with over 2 hour wait to check (where we were expected to walk to local cafe with 5 pieces of luggage) and was told the readon for the delay was that they needed to clean the apartment properly. Turned up again at 5pm to get in and apartment was still not ready. When we finally did get in there were pubic hairs in the upstairs shower and 4 dead flies on the floor on upstairs bedroom."

"Room was fine, but lacking in a few items. Things like the dish sponge weren’t new or clean. I had to wash all of the dishes as a few had leftover food on them. No basics like salt and pepper, shampoo or conditioner etc. Not enough towels for the length of our stay. Pool was lovely and had a great view. Check-in was a bit inconvenient and confusing, but this was mainly because the email from the property went to my spam inbox, so I wasn’t aware I had to give them prior notice of my arrival...
