Top Mosfellsbær Hotel Reviews
Reykjavik Residence Apartment Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We were allocated to the Artisan House. It was in a good central location just a short walk from the city centre and from the bus stop where all the trips started. We had a nice spacious room with a little kitchen area. The hotel staff were always very helpful. We ordered the breakfast but cancelled it after the first day as it was rather expensive, the bread didn't arrive in time for the trips we had booked to go on and we weren't able to choose the contents of the basket. We bought our own supplies and prepared our own breakfasts instead."
Hotel Reykjavík Grand
10/10 Excellent
"Really nice hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was acceptable and so was the bar. Dinner at the Brassiere the first night was fantastic, mediocre the next night. I would book this hotel again."
Alda Hotel Reykjavik
10/10 Excellent
"A very nice hotel in a great location for enjoying the shopping and nightlife of Reykjavik. The rooms are small but well appointed. Watch out for parking. There is only street and parking garage offerings which you have to pay for."
Fosshotel Reykjavik
10/10 Excellent
"This was right by the buses for tours so this was a great hotel. Food in the lower floor was great. We ordered the fish and chips. Best meal we had in Iceland. We took a cab to the Perlan Expo because it was the only thing opened after 5. Cab driver was very informative and the Perlan place was great. We loved the Northern Light show and the ice cave. (I brought my 15 yr. old grandson). We reserved tours thru Viator to do the Golden Circle and Secret Lagoon and Northern Lights. That was a GREAT tour. Picked us up right outside the hotel. 2 tours in one. The hotel staff was wonderful. Our rooms were fine, beds comfortable. Perfect hotel."
Hotel Viking
8/10 Good
"Was only here for maybe 8 hours to sleep before heading out. I can't really say too much about the place. The walls were paper thin. I can tell you that. Staff were helpful. You can take Bus 55 from Cafe Airport and it takes you pretty much right there. If you're going to Blue Lagoon the bus stop for Destination Blue Lagoon is right across the road"
Center Hotels Plaza

"clean , breakfast and location very good"
Alva Hotel Brautarholt
10/10 Excellent
"After checking into a couple self check in places we realized that you must enter the code in slowly, it seems if you press the numbers quickly that it doesn't recognize it and fails. Once we figured it out the self check in went smoothly."
Hotel Laxnes
8/10 Good
"Very quiet area of town outside Reykjavik. Hotel was clean and had plenty of amenities. Only scary part was someone walking into our hotel room at 2am because the door wasn’t closed properly. Didn’t learn till after that you have to lift door for it to properly lock. Overall, was a nice stay"
