Good value for money

I really like this hotel. It is a small, nice hotel close to Railway station. In the basement ia a bakery, so you can always get fresh bred and coffee. Very good value for money.

공용공간 분위기가 너무 좋았고, 캡슐형 잠자리도 혼자여행하는 저에겐 편했습니다. 다만 짐이 많다면 조금 좁아서 불편하실수있을 것 같아요~

Bedbugs No Refund

Found bedbugs halfway through our stay after finding bites. Took it to staff and they tried to offer us a refund for our remaining nights. After asking for a full refund we were given the run around and they have not emailed us back or given us a refund for staying in a bedbug infested room. Do not stay here unless you like sharing your bed with parasites.

disappointing

In the ad it said, private bathroom, but it is shared, outside the room, the room was not the same as we paid for the picture. The reception says 24h. but closes 00:00 and opens at 8:00 very disappointing !! we were tourists and stayed at the hotel awake from 4:00 AM because of the time zone .. hungry because there was no one at reception

This hotel (rather a hostel) is very well located, the staff was welcoming and attentive, the room fairly clean and the toilets regularly cleaned, so the stay was quite pleasing. The only thing that bothered was high audibility through the walls of the property in general. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and other people staying there were nice too. Would definitely recommend for those who wish to explore the center of Moscow at a reasonable price without spending too much time at the hotel.

내부시설은 굉장히 좋습니다. 여성분들이 좋아할만한 인테리어라고 생각하는데 에어컨은 조금 낡은듯해서 오래틀면 꿉꿉?한 느낌이 들 수 있으나 온도 낮추면 그렇게 심하진 않아서 큰 상관은 안됩니다. 1인 샤워장 3개, 화장실 2개로 편했고 편안하게 밖에 소파나 탁자에서 여행계획 짜거나 보드게임을 할 수 있어 좋습니다. 아침에 팬케잌과 티 혹은 커피를 조식으로 돈내고 먹을 수 있는데 티와 같이 나오는 팬케잌은 좀 시큼해서 입맛에 안맞을 수 있으니 침고하세요. 아, 그리고 역과 거리가 좀 있어 걷는데 부담없는 사람이 아니라면 조금 힘들 수 있습니다. 3일동안 잘 지내다 갑니다.

A hotel szuper helyen van. Eltoltam a foglalast, mert nem kapszulat, hanem szobat szerettunk volna, ott tudtuk modositani viszonylag alacsony aron. A hotel nagyon jo helyen van, nem utolso sorban a folyopart gyonyoru. Kozelben elelmiszerboltok stb. A szemelyzet elozekeny, figyelmes es segitokesz. Hideg meleg asvanyviz, huto, mikro, nyugodt lazulos kozos terek, isteni peksutiillat es nqgyon finom kave. Nagyon szerettuk a helyet.

Очень плохо, когда бронируешь "двухместный номер", а когда получаешь подтверждение НЕВОЗВРАТНОГО бронирования оказывается, что это полутороместная капсула. Подстава из подстав. И хорошо, что мы оба нормально могли подняться на второй этаж по узеньким ступенькам

Очень уютный отель

Останавливались в этом отеле на 2 дня всей семьей перед поездкой на море. Как только зашли в отель, нам сразу показалось, что мы пришли домой. В отеле очень красиво и по домашнему уютно. Огромное спасибо персоналу, что заселили нас раньше времени. Не в 14, а в 11 часов. Мы с дороги очень устали с детьми и нам было очень приятно. Очень радушная женщина Елена встретила нас как родных и все показала и рассказала. В отеле вкусный кофе и выпечка. До метро Павелецкая 6-7 минут. Нам очень понравилось. Отель тихий,спокойный и очень атмосферный.

Хостел - кофейня для душевного отдыха

Тихий и уютный хостел, расположенный в живописном месте с видом на Москву-реку. Чисто и тепло. Есть возможность зайти и просто выпить чашечку кофе. Советую.

비추천

예약을 이코노미 트윈룸으로 했는데 사진과 다른 공용도미토리룸을 줌. 돈도 호텔스닷컴 온라인서 지불 완료하였는데 그 방으로 바꾸려면 돈을 달라함. 기본적으로 영어를 못해서 대화자체가 잘 안됨. 싼맛에 이용했지만 다시 가지 않을 듯 싶음.

Le concept de dortoir en cage est tres particulier et peu confortable. L espace commun ,un couloir est vraiment reduit, impossible d y ouvrir sa valise. Sanitaires peu propres. Personnel ne parlant pas anglais. Acceptable pour 2 ou 3 nuits. Le premier metro est à 20 minutes de marche. Point pisitif: la bonne odeur de patisseries chaudes le matin.

Russian Concentration Camp

It was most horrible. I booked a room for me and a room for my daughter, under the impression that we would each have our own room. I was never informed in the advertisement on Expedia that this is a dormitory hotel. When we arrived there, we had to share a room with four other men. So there were six of us, in a room that were apparently designed for three. My 17 year old daughter refused to share a room with 4 men who had no respect for privacy and slept on the couch instead. The hotel staff refused to deal with the problem. They refused to answer Expedia's call whilst I was in the reception room. Half of the common bathrooms were under renovation. Those that were not under renovation, could not flush anyway. The way to operate the toilets was to remove all used paper and put it in a basket! So heaven helps. The hostel also served breakfast for an additional fee so I ordered breakfast, waited half an hour for it, only to discover that the waitress had completely forgotten. So heaven helps. I truly demand my money back. Jordaan

Staff is good but hard to find the hotel

Because of my stay at the Moscow event this time, the city center is almost unoccupied and it is used as an affordable hotel. It is a location that is easy to place in the city center and in a good location.

알뜰하게 뚜벅이 여행^^

직원들이 아주 친절하고 분위기는 평안합니다. 아침마다 크로아상 굽는 냄새가 온 건물에 은은하게 가득합니다. 외출 시 매일 방 청소해주시고 시트도 갈아주세요. 침대도 크고 방 안도 따뜻합니다. 다만 화장실과 샤워실이 방 밖에 별도로 있어서 매번 나가야합니다. 방 안에서도 신발을 신어야해서 한국인에겐 불편하게 느껴질 수 있어요. 가장 가까운 지하철역인 파벨레스카야 역 까진 적어도 15분 이상 걸어야합니다. 그래도 가격 대비 만족이 좋은 시설이니 알뜰한 베낭 여행을 원한다면 굿 추천입니다. 붉은광장 까지도 길거리 구경하면서 충분히 걸을 수 있습니다.
