I was thereafter told that the TV connection wire was cut by someone which appeared not match with my observation. The reception of Sky Apartments did not have any staff after 9:00pm and we spent around 30 min for the re-entry to the apartment (guest had to re-register in each and every re-entry to the apartment). On the day before we checked out, someon (the next user) was pressing the door bell sharply direct at 12:00 noon and invited us to leave the apartment before we could return the key to the reception downstairs, but there was no staff to recollect our key for the check-out and confirmed the return of the unit. When contacted the responsible person by the provided telephone no through Whatsapp , the person in the phone number just said it was a minor thing and offered us the opportunity to be benefited from him in the future when we visit Moscow again. As a customer, it is a very poor and not acceptable standard of service of the apartment and the provision of basic service as , if the next user blamed us for damaging something in the unit, the formal checking out between users could not be waived. I can't believe that the Expedia offers such an not-up-to-standard appartment to its customers including ourselves. I must stop the coming booking with Expedia until a time this bad experience can be forgotten.
