However that apartment itself is very small for a family of 4 especially having a travel cot and the only space for our daughter to sleep was in the main living area which wasn't ideal as it left nowhere for us to sit once she had gone to bed. "We had a fantastic stay for our family ski holiday. We've stayed in other places in Avoriaz in the past and the location of L'Amara is just spot on for children. Our appointment was directly above the ski locker which was straight out onto the run. We used the pool area a couple of times and although it was quite busy, it never felt crowded. The parking was convenient and easy to access the appartment from it. The appartment itself was actually surprisingly roomy for an avoriaz appartment. We had a 2 bed one and it was plenty big enough for a family of 6, including 2 under 5's. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall, we would stay again if we returned to Avoriaz again. "
