「Great staff, very welcoming and attentive, they answer any concerns. Room and bathroom very clean. Room with safe and fridge. The breakfast was great, with fresh, hot and healthy options. Coffee was good and fresh fruits, yogurt and cereals. Property in front of a bus stop, so we went to city center, to Arco and visit Trento. We also used the restaurant and has good service and good food. 」

「L’hotel è bellissimo, nuovo e molto curato. La posizione eccezionale, vicinissimo all’area pedonale del centro, al parcheggio (gratis per i clienti), ai mercatini di Natale, e praticamente sotto al castello. La camera pulitissima e con rifiniture ottime. La colazione eccezionale, abbondante sia nel dolce che nel salato. Prodotti locali, senza glutine e senza lattosio. 「The BEST Breakfast I have ever had in the hotel!!!!!!!!!Variety of choices, no matter from foods to drinks. As we booked the cheapest room, we cant see any view from our room.It doesnt look what the photos mentioned, however, the room is tidy,clean and spacious. There is a beautiful lake view behind the resort, it just takes 5-10mins walk,highly recommended to visit the lake park!!」
