"Doors slam constantly all hours of the night. That was my only real complaint. Shower and shampoo/soaps were wonderful. Water pressure and temp was Great! Shuttle was okay but breakfast doesn’t start until 6am and we needed to be at the airport by then :( so we missed out. "

"Booked 1 night for my husband travels, he said it's nice and clean room, and better staying at the Doubletree by Hilton in NY. Self parking is $23 vs $60 in NY - we'll stay here again for our future NY trips. He is happy with his stay last night - Thank you Robert Treat Hotel."

"We arrived on Friday and we didn’t get our room cleaned until Monday morning after telling the front desk numerous times. As soon as you walk in the building, it smells like smoke. Oh and this isn’t a hotel, it’s a motel. False advertising! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"

"Overall the staff was very nice, The only issue I had was the room was chilly the first night. After having the heat on 90 degrees all night and it still felt chilly, I called maintenance. They came to adjust the vent and heat improved but it still took a long time. Then I smelled burning so I turn the heat down to 77 and the smell went away. I kept the heat on 77 degrees and the heat never went off when the setting was set to auto! Other than this heat issue, everything else was fine! I enjoyed my stay and would come back to this hotel the next time I’m in NYC or New Jersey! "
