「The guest house was the perfect location for my visit. Very close to all the action and great restaurants downtown. The off street parking was appreciated and the property was quiet and secure. I hope to book here again.」

「Lovely hotel. While the view from my window was lacking (a concrete wall of not very interesting graffiti) the room was spotless, and moody in the best way Bed was super comfy too. Everything about our stay felt special.」

「The front desk staff seemed annoyed. Not welcoming at all. The room was clean, but it was EXTREMELY loud going to sleep (even with earplugs provided) and it sounds like construction or something was happening to the building starting at about 8:30am on a Sunday. Come to find out, it was the cleaning crew but we could hear ever jolt, bang, and voice which was jarring. I’ve stayed here before, but this was not my best experience. 」

「If you are driving a pickup truck stay somewhere else. The parking is the worst that I have ever seen. Very small and cramped spaces. I had to stop and back up just to get on to the ramp to go up additional floors. And then once I found a space it was very narrow and very short. It took an 18 point turn to get in to the space straight. Seriously, this parking is absolutely terrible. And after the first day (I stayed 2 nights) my parking garage credentials expired and it wouldn't let me in. So I...

「This hotel is nice, clean and quiet, close to some small restaurants and the riverfront green belt. A grocery store is within walking distance too. The staff is friendly. The only issue is that there is a popular fast food restaurant located in front the hotel property. There is always a long line of cars at the driveway for drive-in services. It blocks the traffic in and out of the hotel.」

「A little dated but still clean. There was no cable and the pool was not open due to damage. Breakfast was good and the area was quiet which we liked. Nice spacious room.」

「Kitchen had what we neede. We only used it to make breakfast. Frying pans and utensils were available. Communication with host was amazing. Very quick response to any questions we had. Bed was very comfortable. 」

「Great place to stay! Some neat places to eat/drink close by. Downtown is a few blocks away but you wouldn’t know it because the house is in a cute little neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Would be a great place to stay for a team building event. All kinds of cool amenities throughout the house. Hot tub is huge and all the outdoor space is awesome. Will definitely be back. 」
