「The the staff were amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. 「Good location, very good restaurant food, room is a little tired and had lots of TLC required and modernising. It’s a big property so would cost. Gym is a £7 charge if not booked with room」

「We arrived in the hotel early and left our luggages to the hotel staff. When we got back our luggage in the evening, one of the suitcases was apparently damaged. The staff tried to fixed it twice but failed. I was promised to be given at least a letter confirming the damage so that I could send it our insurer, and that the hotel would give us membership points as a compensation. The manager also said he would check the cctv and come back to us. However, nothing happened until we chased for an...

「Dirty socks on bathroom floor on arrival, notified reception but no one came to take the socks away, no apology received or any gesture to apologise. Other than that everything was else for our stay was fine. 」
