「A great place to stay in the heart of Luang Prabang. Rooms are large and lovely and clean. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice though limited is very nice and served in the lovely garden area.」

「The staff is helpful and cheerful. When I get hurt during the New Year, no Tuk Tuk can be called. The boss of hostel drives me to the hospital and wait me for over half hour. The environment is clean and quiet. You can see the reality of monks just in front of the guesthouse, comparing with the "tourist" monks in French area. 「We absolutely loved our stay at The sanctuary. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was perfect with traditional style wood throughout. The breakfast was so good, a great choice and good coffee with lots to choose from. The pool was a lovely place to cool off after a hot day sight seeing and I can recommend a visit to their spa for a massage and facial .
