「Super clean, super picturesque and so beautifully located, with ample space in the backyard. The Barn-converted to-A-Frame was perfect for a lot of reason, especially the pool table upstairs was a big hit. Please consider adding a TV next to the Pool table.」

「The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise...

「We had our two dogs with us, and they loved the place. It is just beautiful! The owners were on-site; but this apartment is above their garage, and we didn't cross paths at all. Recommendation: Don't bring a lot of things to carry. The owners did state up-front that there are a lot of stairs. There are pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, serving pieces, and flatware. The floors are hardwood and tile in the bathroom. There are two closets, a chest of drawers, and a dresser in the...

「Garden in bad condition, outlets not working, mattresses not comfortable 」

「The property was just as advertised. We only used the property to sleep and shower so all I can say is the beds were comfy and the showers were hot. An added bonus (for us, anyway) was that one evening while we were there, the neighbors a few houses down were on the porch. They were playing a banjo, bass, guitar, and some other instruments and singing. It was like our own little concert. May not be everyone's taste, but we enjoyed it.」

「Great location and price for graduation weekend. Loved the outdoor areas and the Hoosier decorations! Very well stocked for renters.」

「We stayed at the cottage during the long weekend of my grandson's graduation. It was a peaceful retreat for me and my friend, amid all of the family celebrations. It is in a country setting, yet within easy access of restaurants and shopping. The hosts have provided all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. Thank You!」

「This property is perfect for a couple or even a small family. Although the neighborhood may seem a bit unsafe and questionable, the property will not disappoint. The home and its essentials were thought out very well. Every time I had a question or concern, the owner would get back to me almost immediately. It’s an accommodation most rental owners don’t give, and I deeply appreciated it. Its close proximity to the Lucas Oil Stadium and downtown Indianapolis makes it a perfect location to reach...

「I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the house, how exceptionally clean and welcoming it was. I was made to feel at home and the accommodations were exceptional. Cannot wait to stay again.」
