The brass-rail bed was super comfortable and my breakfast was cooked excellently by Peter, the other half of this welcoming (and hardworking) couple. 「Lovely clean and well maintained room. Staff very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was just continental (toast and jam/nutella, cereal, fruit and flavoured yoghurts) but as I'm diabetic they went out shopping and got me plain yoghurts and marmite for low sugar options.」

「My daughter and I stayed for 1 night as we were attending performances at the nearby theatre. The hotel was lovely and we were lucky enough to have what a couple of the staff described as the 'best room'. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was a little soft for my liking, although still comfortable. All staff we encountered were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. The small amount of food we had was a hit, especially with my daughter! We would definitely stay here again. 」
