"It was spotless. We had a room with a walk-in shower. I was dumbfounded how much water was on the floor in the bathroom. It made the floor slippery. Maybe you should have extra towels to put down or have the floors made slip resistant "

"I stayed here with my mom, who doesn’t speak English, and even she noticed how welcoming everyone was. She asked me if I stay here often because the staff treated us like they already knew us! I told her it was my first time, and she couldn’t believe it because everyone was so kind and helpful. We were genuinely impressed.
