「Fast and friendly check in, superb dining area and good choice of menus, selection of local wine is very good. Room quiet and bed comfortable. Breakfast was not included but with 12.- per person, absolutely worth the money. Will stay again. Ah, parking was free as well. I cant really find anything to be less than 5 stars. 」

「I absolutely loved the view from the double doors in my room and its balcony, the comfortable bed, the silence between my room and others (I was only on floor 3 but it was very quiet), the grandeur of the hotel although it is almost like a slight pastiche of itself as some of it is a tiny bit jaded/faded. The carpet in my room and garishly tiled but classically designed bathroom are both approximately 40+ years old but I found really comforting as it reminded me of staying at my grandparents! ...

「Trevligt boende med vänlig personal och skön känsla. Vi tog halvpension. Rejäl och bra frukost och fantastiska middagar. Hotellet har två restauranger så det blir lite variation. Kan varmt rekommenderas. Tog bara en kvart med bil till liften. En annan fördel var att det fanns längdskidspår 3 min promenad från hotellet. 」

「När vi kommer fram alldeles för sent på kvällen och restaurangen är stängd, löser personalen ändå lite mat och dryck åt oss, när dom egentligen skulle gått hem. Helt fantastisk servicekänsla man inte möter varje dag. Högsta betyg!」

「職員態度友善有禮，房間寬敞整潔除睡房外，還有客廳，廚房，雪櫃和焗爐。房間面湖景，漂亮。美中不足是沒有洗衣設備，酒店介紹資料顯示有洗衣設備但實際是要交職員代為處理，收費昂貴，一件短褲或T袖收費各CHF8,兩件合共，CHF16。另外是早餐食物款式少，很基本食物，主要提供麵包，果汁及熱飲及一些乳酪及配料等。」

「The Hostel team were excellent, food and drinks selections and standard are high. Rooms are fine - showers a bit dated in the room, but did the job after been out all day.」
