Fast and friendly check in, superb dining area and good choice of menus, selection of local wine is very good. Room quiet and bed comfortable. Breakfast was not included but with 12.- per person, absolutely worth the money. Will stay again. Ah, parking was free as well. I cant really find anything to be less than 5 stars.

What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel gut, Restaurant enttäuschend

Das Hotel selbst war gut und sauber – ich würde grundsätzlich wiederkommen. Allerdings war ich vom Verhalten des Hotelrestaurants sehr enttäuscht. Vor meinem Aufenthalt wurde ich mehrfach mit Werbemails über das „tolle Restaurant“ und die „hervorragende Küche“ informiert. Leider bekamen wir dann aber nichts zu essen. Begründung: Zwei Seminargruppen à ca. 20 Personen würden die Küche überlasten. Etwas seltsam fand ich, dass die eine Gruppe um 19 Uhr ein einfaches Gericht erhielt und die andere um ca. 20:30 Uhr ein Käsefondue – das Restaurant hat jedoch deutlich mehr Plätze als diese beiden Gruppen. Als ich freundlich nach einer Empfehlung für ein anderes Restaurant in der Nähe fragte, konnte (oder wollte) man mir leider auch dabei nicht weiterhelfen. Mein Fazit: Das Hotel an sich ist empfehlenswert, aber plant nicht mit der Möglichkeit, im hoteleigenen Restaurant zu essen. Fragt lieber im Voraus nach Alternativen in der Umgebung.

A recommander !

Très bonne expérience dans un hôtel récemment rénové. Chambre calme, propre et confortable avec un balcon d'angle (chaises et table) donnant sur les montagnes au loin. Idéalement situé pour se rendre aux bains de lavey et non loin de Montreux. Grand parking.

Leider ist das Frühstück in der Benachbarten Bäckerei ein Witz. Um ihre Gäste zu frieden zustellen würde ich das nicht so anbieten. Leider ist in meiner Dusche das Gefälle falsch also ist mir das ganze Badezimmer überflutet. Sonnst war das Zimmer in bester Ordnung und Sauberkeit.

Nur franz. sprechend. Kein Deutsch oder Engkisch. Reinigung war etwas länger her. Zimmer war vermutlich ein, zwei Wochen nicht belegt. Im Nassraum lagen noch zwei Haare auf der Ablage unter dem Waschtisch. Frühstück kam nicht um 7. habe mein Frühstück im Kaffee bezahlt.
