"Geothermal Pool is amazing! Rooms are large and modern. AC was not working when arrived. Shower curtain was missing. Mini fridge was noisy. Bathroom sink was cracked around the drain. Front desk and maintenance staff were unapologetic and somewhat indifferent. Overall did not meet expectations."

"The room (209) badly needs updating. Bathroom needs doing - the foam (?) that's holding up the bathroom wallpaper is coming away from the wall. Same thing is happening above the tv in the living room. Bed was comfy and room was clean."
