「The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was pleasant.」

「Wound not recommended the restaurant within the hotel. We went there for breakfast. Portions are small for price. No jelly with toast and one waitress serving the whole restaurant. This is the only downfall of our experience. Room was adequate. Everything seemed to clean. Staff was helpful.」

「Gentleman that checked us on was very nice and outgoing. Room was comfortable and quiet. The courtyard in the back was a nice amenity as it was a warm spring evening out and we were able to have pizza and a beer out there while letting our new puppy explore the great outdoors.」

「Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access. Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day. Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself.」

「My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back.」

「Loved this hotel. Clean, friendly staff and accomodating. The room was more than I anticipated and more than I needed. With the large space, kitchenette and two beds, it will be hard to go back to a regular hotel room. Nicely done!!」

「First room we got the AC was broken and blowing hot air. It felt like a sauna. They switched us no problem. New Room was ok. Elevator was broken. Rooms were under construction and wide open leaving the dirty construction smell in the hallway. First glance rooms were clean but when you looked closer there was dust everywhere. The toilet seat was broken. The ceiling over the shower was bubbled like it had a leak from the room above. If you just need a place to sleep this is the place.」
