「对于滑雪的人，这个酒店地理位置是最好的。但是不满意的是，酒店明明有两层的停车位，却不让住宿的客人停车，客人必须把车停在很远的地方，要走路十分钟再回到酒店。你可以使用Valet 停车，但你需要为此多付$35/天，但事实上，Valet的停车场就在酒店的停车场！即使是在淡季，没有什么客人了，到处都是空的停车位，他们也不会让你停车，你必须停在最远的停车场！我们住了三天，每天$1000 ，居然没有room service，我们专门请求room service，可是还是没有，他们只是送过来一些毛巾而已。我们打电话想要order foods，可是没人接电话，打了很多遍，也没人接电话。最后，晚上出门一定要小心，因为有狼，就在门口溜达，每天晚上。」

「Excellent place to stay !! The rooms are great, breakfast was very good each day. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. The dinner service is excellent and the chef creates incredible dishes from scratch. We took our son for his 21st. birthday and he loved it. He said it was the best meal he ever had. The bar is well stocked and the wine list is extensive with great wines. The wine list has a very wide price range and Juan will help you choose an excellent bottle...

「The room was super spacious and clean. The view of the water was incredible to wake up to and the front desk was super responsive. Close enough to all the things traverse city has to offer and ample parking. Big plus were the shower products for me! Perfect stay.」
