"The rooms were cleanly. Some of the linens were stained and/or tore. The paint was coming off the tub, obviously refinished. Not much for extra amenities. We went to use the hot tub and was extremely disappointed. The tub was pumping cold water in most of the time, so the temperature was low. There was a moldy smell in the entire pool area. Highly questionable on cleanliness of the water. We didn't go down for the continental breakfast. "

"I never do reviews I rarely have bad things to say but I have never had such terrible stay somewhere ,First the check in area is across town from the actual resort wouldve been nice to know before booking , 2nd we get there get up to the room with all of our luggage and the room is filthy and I mean filthy food in the beds candy stuck to the walls blood on the curtains it looked like a murder scene (according to my 10 year old) 3rd call the 800 number get told to go back to the check in across town request new room I said could the cleaners just come clean since we are already all unloaded she said no , upon leaving the cleaners were in hallway not cleaning in fact one was passed out on the floor , we get a new room which is cleaner but from 8pm until 3am the workers in the next room were insanely loud and all you could hear was there walkie talkies all night no joke could hear word for word what needed cleaning what worker needed to go where it was awful and with little kids unacceptable, as for the water park you couldn’t access the theme park without going through water park all the outside gates were closed off to get in which is just stupid when your not there swimming , this is actually one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed at this was the first time staying and will be our last "

"We found a roach in our resort room. And the ceiling had dust particals. The bathroom curtian had stains. The bed had a bodily fluids. When i spoke to the front desk they said they couldnt do anything about it."

"Positives : We went during the off season and the hotel was pretty much to ourselves same with the water park and arcade. Which was perfect for us and our 1 year old . The room has a whirpool which was also a plus , very spacious for the little one to wander . The waterpark was definitely run down and paint chipping . Water was cold besides the hot tub. You can tell that at some point this hotel was in its prime but in 2026 definitely needs some work done and lots of maintenance. A lot of the amenities did not work- our tv and remote were not working , laundry was not working , we had to plug the fridge and microwave in ourselves . Overall we did enjoy it mostly because we got all the space to ourselves . "
