"Great place to stay!"

"At check-in, there were no 1st floor rooms available, desk clerk stated full house. My bad for not requesting 1st floor at time of booking. Room on 2nd floor was okay but didn't see a smoke alarm. Carpet old (be sure to wear slippers) but beds were good. It was quiet so thankful for that. For the price we paid we did expect more on the 'continental' breakfast, Only few cheap breakfast bars were available. "It was an older remodeled property in excellent condition. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing missing was an ice machine. Hair dryer available at the office. Only stayed one night but would stay there again. "

I ended up paying over $1,000.00 for a 2wk stay through Expedia when I could have paid just $600.00 had I know it WAS a weekly. There was no housekeeping. I ended up washing my towels and cleaning the toilet. When I told friends and family where I was staying, they laughed at me and each one asked the same thing, “Why are you staying there?
