In our 4 day stay our room was not cleaned or replenished once. We had to go to the front desk and ask for sheets, towels, trash can liners, etc. when needed. The front desk was nice and helpful but the service workers were on strike. We paid too much money to have these conditions affect our vacation with no offer of compensation.

I’d definitely recommend the option with breakfast. The rooftop pool, sauna, jakuzzi and a bar was a great bonus. It’s suitable for families as well as adults without kids. The location of the hotel was great. There are many nice sitting areas arranged in many places on the main floor, where you can relax with coffee or read a book. Big thanks to Guy, who always made our breakfast a great social experience!

Just across the street from the Metro. 15-20 minute walk to Old Montreal and the ND Basilica. Get the city view if you can, it’s awesome!

They were having a worker strike so that may explain it but we were assigned a room or a corridor that was very loud and requested and received a move to a quieter room, but it didn’t have shades. Anyway we dealt with it. The lobby is pretty nice .

I loved everything about my stay! The hotel is lovely and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a very heavy suitcase and there were some extra stairs to get to my room, but there was always a staff member willing to help. (But my advice would be to let the hotel know if you have accessibility issues so they put you on a floor without stairs!) Pool was lovely and clean. Architecture is very cool. Rooms were pristine and very comfortable. Would love to go back!

We loved this property. It is very elegant. It is right across from Montreal's central train station-very convenient! The hotel could benefit by having a conciere. The desk staff where not helpful when we made requests for info about events, transportation, etc. They seemed annoyed.
