"My room was not made up so after several phone calls they switched me to another room. My only issue was that they directed me to an unsecured closet with keys to every room in an unsecured key box. "To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call.
