Great location and it just needs 3 mins from subway to Hotel!!!!! Although its room is a little small, bed and bathroom are pretty comfortable to full relax. Besides, I like the decoration, matched colors, fashionable interior design. As for service, it depends, sometimes well sometime so so.... Overall, I still recommend the hotel to those who love design and for business.

Positive comment:
The location is great, you can find hundreds of bars and restaurant close by. A supermarket is just opposite to the hotel! Easy access to the closest metro station.
Feeling safe in that area as there are many other hotels too!
Room to improve:
The hotel room is ridiculously small, especially the bathroom. 2 persons could open luggage at the same time. There's a restaurant just 20m far from the hotel, noise problem at night concerned us a bit.
In general:
I would still recommend this hotel to my friends.

"地下鉄は12号線のアベスと13号線のプラス・ド・クリシーの2駅がそれぞれ徒歩10分程度と便利。サクレクール寺院にも徒歩圏です。 ホテルの７階（日本だと8階）はレストランでエッフェル塔を見ながらの朝食を楽しみました。 スタッフも親切で、すぐに要望に応えてくれました。 パリ18区ということで治安に不安を抱く人も多いですが、この近辺で嫌な感じは全くしませんでした。"

If cemetery is your neighbor
"We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom ..."
