"What I liked: 1. Very spacious room: The room has two chairs, several lamps, blackout curtains, and ample closet space. 2. Gym: The gym has several cardio machines and several cable machines. There are dumbbells up to 50 pounds. There are two free benches. The sauna is large and coed. The pool is large enough for 3 lanes and maybe 4. 3. Security: There was always staff at the front. Keys are needed to use the elevators. 4. Proximity to tourist attractions: It's a 25 minute uphill walk from here to Old Montreal tourist attractions. I took a cab each time to get there. Cabs arrived in less than 5 minutes each time. 5. Proximity to food: There are numerous cafes, pastry spots, and several restaurants within 10 minutes walk."

"Stay away from the 1st floor, rooms are not renovated, could be more clean, and street noise kept us awake all night. The rest of the hotel have always been nice, but don't book a room number in the 100s. !"
