"Staff was the best part of the stay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The Lodge was under renovation so we stayed in a cabin. Loved that there was a kitchenette. Although dated, the cabins were clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding were also comfortable with plenty of pillows."

"I booked the room and paid in the app, I later realized that when I checked in my card was charged again. The guy at the desk asked for a $40 cash deposit, when I refused and asked for a refund and I would just stay else where he waived the deposit but made threats that he would charge my card for any damages. Barely any hot water for showers. There was a door to an adjoining room that was stuck in the open position. Nothing about our stay felt safe. When I told the guy at the desk he charged me again for the same room he laughed and shook his head yes. "
