"Niveau confort et propreté des chambres, rien à dire. Par contre quelques déceptions. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. C'est stationnement gratuit mais dans les rues et en saison c'est compliqué. On devait avoir vu sur le parc, donc nous pensions avoir du calme !!! Pas du tout. Il n'y a pas de parc, c'est vu sur une église entourée d'arbres, mais surtout séparée de l'hôtel par une rue très passante et terrasses de café restaurant. Donc pas du tout calme....

We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. The room smelled a bit of cigarettes and had to be aired out. The layout was complicated with steps right after the door and a seperate toilet which...

"This is an amazing find such lovely family owners took great care of us - the rooms perfect and clean. The home cooked food was amazing and service impeccable. Safe parking and so close to the Puy Mary volcano mountain area. Will stay again!"

The receptionist was amazing, it was a busy weekend when we stayed with a race on in Mont Dore (which we hadn’t realised) and she rang three restaurants to get us a reservation. She was amazing! "This place shouldn't really be classified as a hotel, it's old and decrepit, the reception when we arrived was inaccessible, we weren't given any information by email on how to access it and the lady who eventually opened the door only spoke French so we interpreted various codes to access the lift, the front door and the room.
